An industrial off-taker needed a reliable, transparent diesel supply partner to underwrite continuous operations without managing the upstream procurement, lifting, and last-mile logistics in-house. Asama Bisato structured a long-term supply contract (handling NPA-aligned KYC, BDC sourcing, lifting documentation, bulk storage, and scheduled delivery) under a single accountable engagement.
The challenge
The client was exposed to spot-market price swings, irregular lifting windows, and documentation overhead that pulled finance and operations teams away from core work. They needed a partner that could ring-fence the supply chain, guarantee delivery slots, and produce clean lifting and quality records on every drop.
