Questions across all our services
General / Company
Our headquarters are at Franco Estate, Kwabenya (GW-0297-9761), Ghana. We accept project work across the country and partner internationally for DMIG deployments and large-scale developments.
Eight core sectors under one accountable team: DMIG Clean Energy (flagship), Civil Engineering, General Construction, Electrical Works, Plumbing Services, Prefabricated Homes, Real Estate Development, and Oil Procurement & Resale.
Send a brief scope — location, intended use, target timeline, and any constraints — via our contact form, by email at info@asamabisato.com, or by phone at +233 55 064 8823. We schedule a no-obligation consultation before quoting.
Within one business day for new inquiries. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00. Active project sites have priority support outside office hours.
DMIG Clean Energy
A small source battery provides initial voltage that engages rotors. Magnets on each disc pass copper coil assemblies, inducing voltage. A portion of that voltage is fed back to sustain rotation; the remainder is delivered as usable power. No combustion, no thermal step, no fuel.
Approximately 97% at full load — verified across the 25/50/75/100% load curve at 94.1%, 96.3%, 96.9%, and 97.0% respectively.
Above 95% — the system operates continuously, 24/7, independent of weather or fuel-supply interruptions. Comparable wind installations average 25–35% in real-world conditions.
Yes. The DMIG can energize a grid from a total shutdown without external power, supporting grid-restoration scenarios and remote-site cold starts.
Approximately 12% of rated capacity. Below this level a controlled shutdown or ramp-up is required to maintain optimal performance and grid quality.
Yes. Total harmonic distortion is maintained below 5% per IEEE 519. Voltage fluctuation and flicker remain within IEC 61000-3-7 limits across all operating conditions.
Less than 2 years payback in most operating profiles. A 1.3 MW DMIG saves over $29M USD in fuel costs across a 20-year operating life versus an equivalent-capacity diesel at 100% load.
Approximately $19/MWh — substantially lower than diesel ($314), nuclear ($112), bio-energy ($101), natural gas ($94), solar ($79), and wind ($59) on a like-for-like benchmark.
Civil & Construction
From single-site residential builds to multi-kilometer regional infrastructure packages. We scope, mobilize, and resource to match — single-trade jobs, full design-build, or co-developed real estate programs.
Yes. Every design and execution package is reviewed against Ghanaian structural, electrical, and plumbing codes, plus relevant international standards where projects involve cross-border partners or financing.
Single-trade jobs run weeks; residential builds 4–9 months; commercial/industrial buildings 9–18 months; infrastructure programs and DMIG deployments are scoped individually with phased milestones.
12-month workmanship warranty on single-trade scopes and 24-month structural warranty on full-build projects. Handover includes commissioning checklists, as-built documentation, and operator training where applicable.
Yes — design, engineering, procurement, civil works, structural, MEP, and finishes all under one PM. Single contract, single timeline, single accountable team.
Electrical & Plumbing
Yes. Our electrical and plumbing crews handle residential rough-ins and finishes, commercial fit-outs, and industrial systems including switchgear, distribution boards, water supply, drainage, and pressure systems.
Yes — for clients under an active maintenance contract or open project. Call the headquarters line and your assigned PM will dispatch a technician.
Yes. Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are available — covering preventative inspection, callouts, parts, and 24/7 priority response for critical sites.
Yes. All electrical and plumbing technicians are trade-certified and work under licensed lead engineers. Documentation is provided on request.
Prefab Homes & Real Estate
A single-family prefab unit can be foundation-ready in 1–2 weeks and weather-tight on site in 2–4 weeks, depending on configuration and site preparation.
Studios, 1–4 bedroom units, duplexes, and small commercial pods. Custom layouts are supported. All units ship with integrated electrical and plumbing rough-ins.
We work with partner banks and mortgage providers in Ghana. For developers, JV and co-development structures are available on qualifying real estate projects.
Yes — our prefab units are designed for low embodied carbon, high thermal performance, and locally sourced materials where possible, reducing transport emissions and supporting Ghanaian supply chains.
Yes. Prefab estates can be paired with a 5 MW DMIG base unit for clean baseload supply — ideal for off-grid or weak-grid sites. The optional DMIG energy package is available on multi-trade projects.
Yes — land title verification, zoning checks, geotechnical surveys, environmental screening, and feasibility studies are part of our real estate development service before any acquisition closes.
Oil Procurement & Resale
Refined products: petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene, jet A-1, LPG, and lubricants. We also handle crude oil cargoes for refiners and offtake partners.
FOB, CIF, and DES are standard. Other terms can be negotiated based on volume, route, and counterparty profile.
Documentary letters of credit (LC), standby letters of credit (SBLC), and escrow arrangements via Tier-1 banks. Pre-payment is required for first-time buyers below a defined threshold.
Certificate of incorporation, beneficial-ownership disclosure, end-user statement, bank reference, and a brief operational profile. Our compliance team responds within one business day — reach us at info@asamabisato.com or +233 55 064 8823.
An independent surveyor (SGS or Intertek class) issues a Certificate of Quality at the loading terminal. Quantity is verified by independent ullage report before vessel release.
Sized per shipment to buyer demand: tank-truck loads from 30,000 litres; vessel parcels from 5,000 metric tonnes. Smaller volumes are available via aggregated lifts on scheduled routes.
