Asama Bisato structured a long-term supply contract — handling NPA-aligned KYC, BDC sourcing, lifting documentation, bulk storage, and scheduled delivery — under a single accountable engagement.

The Challenge

The client was exposed to spot-market price swings, irregular lifting windows, and documentation overhead that pulled finance and operations teams away from core work. They needed a partner that could ring-fence the supply chain, guarantee delivery slots, and produce clean lifting and quality records on every drop.
