Eco-Friendly Prefab Estate
Fast-deploy prefabricated homes with shared utilities.
A regional client needed continuous, dispatchable power without dependence on diesel logistics or grid availability. Asama Bisato delivered a 5MW DMIG pilot deployment end-to-end — site civil works, shelter construction, electrical tie-in, plumbing auxiliaries, and DMIG commissioning — under a single accountable engagement.
The site required uninterrupted 24/7 power with predictable operating costs and no direct emissions. Diesel was costing the client substantially per year and creating weather-dependent logistics risk. Conventional renewable options (wind, solar) could not meet baseload demand on their own.
A single 5MW DMIG unit was deployed inside a purpose-built shelter — engineered to Seismic Zone 4 and 145 mph wind tolerance — with full civil works, MEP tie-in, and SCADA telemetry handled in-house. Commissioning verified 96.8% electrical efficiency at full load and IEEE 519 compliance (THD < 5%). The unit was configured for standalone island operation with optional grid synchronization.
No diesel logistics, no fuel storage overhead.
Vs. continued diesel operation at 100% load.
DMIG operates without combustion of any kind.
